Padlet
Padlet has been an amazing tool in the classroom. This site has so many tools to use with the students and can be used in any subject. It is great for collaboration, they have storyboards, bulletin boards and breakout rooms too.
Amplify
The curriculum we currently use to teach Science is Amplify and it has embedded simulations and hands on activities for the students to do. It also tells a story while teaching science so the students can pretend they are different scientists in the community.
TeachFX
Have you ever wanted to do an online Survey you should take a look at TeachFX? This is a geat resouce for that, and can be used for exit tickets, Surveys, or feedback on a lesson so you can continue to improve that is what I use it for.
Book Creator
I use this Book Creator a lot it allows the students to create their own stories about what they are learning. They can also insert pictures, students love it and it is a great way to get them writing.
IXL
IXL is another tool that has a lot of resorces to help with mastery of a standard. It questions the students on every standard and teaches them how to answer the questions. It also notifies the teacher and lets them know if a student is struggling. You can use this for Math, Science or ELA. One way I use it is for Seatwork when they first come into the classroom and I make it a competition whoever gets the most IXL points will get 20 minga points which goes towards prizes.
Blooket
My students favorite activity is Blooket. Teachers can create a game asking questions about the lesson you are teaching and make it into a game to see who wins by answering the question correctly.
