Coaches are here to empower teachers by working with them, instilling a vision for the future.
In education it is important to create an environment where students are treated equally. So that means we need to supply the students with the same tools and materials. It is the coaches job to make sure the teachers know and comply to this important standard.
As a coach I would like to encourage an atmosphere of support that helps teachers grow to achieve the vision we have achieved together.
As a coach not only do I need to identify effective strategies but I need to recognize teacher who are effective in their approach.
The possibility of finding ways to continue to grow are going to be never ending. It is my job to guide all the employees of schools to maximize their potential (ISTE, 2024)
