Technology has a role in almost everything we do. So, why wouldn't technology be a huge part of education. When this is the place we are preparing students for the future.  My vision is to partner with the teachers and Administration, building professional relationships with them.  So, I can get in tune with the needs.  As a technology coach I stay on top of the latest research that justifies the use of technology, practice, and innovations. By staying active in professional learning networks and educational technology sites I can effectively guide our schools to be prepared for the future. It is imporatant to stay on top of the tends so our staff can rely on me to help them with problems like different tools to use to engage students in a lesson. As a former classroom teacher I understand how difficult it is to come up with new strategies to compete with the games and videos the students are always watching. By bringing AI, gamified curriculum and a focus on the future of technology in areas like environmental and ustainability education. Imagine using AI to analyze learning patterns so the students can learn and grow at their own pace, then being directed to resources that could help each individual student.  I'm excited to start working with our schools for a personalized experience, bringing the excitement of what is going on in the world into the classroom.
